 “Alba" is a white ewe who produced this fantastic fleece.   The wool has warm Ivory White color or ideal for you to dye.

Dorset wool is great to work with.  It is medium-grade and can be used for many woven or knitted items.  Need sock yarn?  This is perfect for sock yarn. 

 I scoured this with Unicorn Power Scour and it came out beautiful, soft, and bouncy. 

The wool spins easily and does not felt well.  Because of this, Items made from Dorset Horn can be machine washed. Test a sample swatch.
