“Elsa" produced this beautiful fleece of white and dark brown. The micron count for a Jacob ranges from 25-35, this seems to be right in the middle. SL is mostly 4"-4.5" there are a few areas in the white that are super soft but 3". I have packed the 4 oz. bags with both white and brown wool so that you can experience the 2 colors that the Jacob are know for. I have tried to keep the proportion of white to dark the same as it is on the full fleece.
Jacob is one breed you may want to consider purchasing larger quantities. It is a great spinning fiber and can be used in a large varieties of knitting and weaving.
This fleece has been scoured in Unicorn Power Scour, so all the lanolin is removed. The wool is ready for you to card or comb to prepare for spinning.
