 “Liberty" is a  Leicester Longwool Ewe with several colors of Gray in her fleece.  The long locks are beautiful! These are offered in 4-ounce packages.

This is washed wool ready for you Comb or Card to prepare for spinning.  I washed it with my favorite detergent, Unicorn Power Scour and the luster in this fleece is fantastic.  

Leicester Longwool (pronounced Lester, like the name) is durable wool with nice luster and shine.  It can be used as locks in textured and art yarn or combed and spun smooth.  Items you knit or weave will have a beautiful drape and defined stick pattern.

You can also use this wool for pillows, upholstery fabric, bags & other hard-wearing items; as well as other arts and crafts.  Doll hair & wigs.
