⚖️ Staple Length: 3"     VM: Minimal (hay)        Crimp:  Dual Coat, the longer wool is as soft as the inner coat.

🐏 Halo is the lamb and this is her hogget fleece.  Hogget is the first shearing of a lamb.  It is very soft and has a mixture of white, gray, and brown...a gorgeous example of Navajo-Churro.

🧶 Navajo-Churro is a dual-coated sheep that gives a long outer coat that averages 25-40 microns and a soft inner coat with an average micron of 22-30.   Spun together they make a strong durable yarn. Considered medium in coarseness the fiber is excellent for outer garments, slippers, upholstery, horse cinches, saddle blanks, weavings, and more.

🧴 This is a Raw, un-washed fleece ready for you to scour.  I scoured a sample with Unicorn Power Scour and it cleaned up great.  The wool spins easily and is a pleasure to work with.
